11. APPLICABLE LAWS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Arbitral Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator who will be appointed by the Company. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. Any other dispute or disagreement of a legal nature will also be decided in accordance with the laws of India, and the Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all such cases.
